Description
1. The laser focus lens are all made of the United States imported CVD zinc selenide, material absorption rate is low, the production of lenses can withstand the high power density, and surface film layer and firm, not easy to fall off, resistance to wipe. Import zinc selenide double plating coating its main function is to reduce or eliminate on the surface of the optical lens, prism, flat mirror reflected light, which increase the amount of these components of pervious to light, reduce or eliminate the stray light of system.
2.As the widely used to expand, forming a coating of various requirements, such as: single wavelength anti-reflection film, broadband antireflection film , ultra broadband antireflection film, dual-band anti-reflection coating, double wavelength, etc.Commonly used in CO2 laser industry working band of 10.6 mu m transmittance can reach 99.8%.
3. As the most economical transmission is focused on the element, the lens is suitable for laser heat treatment, welding, cutting and infrared radiation, in order to obtain satisfactory performance,Should be toward the collimating lens surface of the incident beam, or toward the conjugate distance (distance and the like from being known as the conjugate distance).
Cleaning method
- When operated by hand to the optical system, regardless of the cleaning, disassembly, install all want to wear gloves or medical gloves, always keep follow the requirements and matters needing attention of cleaning lenses.
- In the process of cleaning, use only materials, such as optical lens wiping paper, cotton swabs, reagent grade ethanol and high purity of alcohol for any lens cleaning, disassembly, install shortcuts will lead to laser lens life expectancy, even permanent damage.
- Pollution in determining a laser lens, we need to wash the ears ball lens, until the surface no particles to be beautiful, don't use mouth to blow. Because the air blow out mostly oil and water will be further pollution lens.
- If after washing ears ball handling its surface pollution still exist, we will have to dip in with cotton swabs for laboratory grade acetone, ethanol, alcohol to wipe gently. So you can remove most of the thin layer of pollution.
- Laser lens pollution in the will of the laser output and data sampling system pose a serious mistake, if we can make the lens keep clean, often will can prolong the service life of the machine.
