Artwork Requirements: Why AI or EPS?  For logo imprint or engraving, the logo image or text must be provided as a vector file.The main reason is because vector images retains its clarity when scaled up or down.

Warranty: All products carry Three Year Warranty, and most of our other items carry a One Year Warranty. Honorwell will replace any defective merchandise for a brand new item within the warranty period from the original invoice date.
Any products which are replaced by Honorwell will not be printed with customer's logo, but will come blank unless the reprint is for 25 units or more. For any reprints that are under 25 units, a set up fee of $75.00 USD will be applied.
