Vertical Biomass Particle Machine
I. Applications
Our vertical biomass particle machine is suitable for the processing of various material (especially which is difficult to bond or mold), such as rice husk, sunflower seed shells, peanut shells, and other fruit shells; branches, tree trunk, bark, and other waste woods; crop straw, eucalyptus, palm silk, coffee husks, coconut shell, wood pallets and so on. As one high density granulation molding machine, it is widely used for the re-use of biofuel plants, power plants, wood processing plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, food plants, breweries,and other waste scraps.
II. Main Functions & Features
1. Vertically feeding-in;
2. Design with stationary mold, and rotating roller, the materials can spread evenly with the effect of centrifugal force;
3. double mold, dual use, reducing cost, energy-saving and high efficiency.
4. ring mold, vertical structure, taking use of the granulation chamber for cooling.
5. indepedent discharging design, make sure the molding quality of particles.
6. adopt wear-resistant alloy material for main components, prolong the life time of quick-wear components.
7. 24 hours continuous cooperating, fully automation lubrication.
