Characteristics:
Traditional emery roller rice machine only have the function of grinding, but do not have function of friction , leading to increasing massive broken rice when processing, also increasing costs. While the traditional iron roller machine have the function of friction , the broken rice less when processing, but iron roller machine working principle decided the rice chaff is not easy to remove the surface of layer, influenced the appearance of the rice.
VBW5A is a new generation emery roller, its design based on concept of emery roller and iron roller machine integrated . The iron roller organic combine to emery roller, making rice to be grinded through emery roller at the same time iron roller rub the rice so as to have the same effection. Greatly reduce the processing time and cost.

Based on the Chinese market, VBW5A can easy to satisfy 5 t/h rice production line, and only three-quarters of the the ordinary emery roller rice machine, greatly reduce the volume space and cost.

The whole machine is divided into feeding department, grinding department, the material department and absorb the chaff four parts and each of the part divided clearly.

Traditional rice machine only have single emery roller and iron roller or sand, iron roller of the simple model in series. But VBW5A have the new design concept, combining the iron roller organic to emery roller, making rice to be grinded through emery roller at the same time iron roller rub the rice so as to have the same effection.Greatly reduce the processing time and cost.
