Features of WPC Wood Plastic Composite Wall Panel Extrusion Machine
WPC profile production line uses specially designed screw and controlling system ensure excellent plasticization and stable extruding.The extruder is the heart of WPC processing system.The primary purpose of the extruder is to melt and mix the polymer withe wood and additives.The extruder then passes the compounded and molten WPC through the die of form profile.
This WPC profile extrusion line is mainly used in outdoor decking,cladding,park benches,etc. There is also for potential indoor uses such as door frames,trim and furniture.Chaging the moulds,this wood plastic profile production line can manufacture many different kinds of profiles according to your requrest.
