Overview of PE Pulverizer
Plastic pulverizer can be automatic operation continuously,which is widely used in the chemical processing,waste recycling,plastic pipe/profile manufacturing,plastic modification and many other plastic materials' fields.
Plastic pulverizer is of compact appearance,whole steel integration,stable grinding and durable using. Installation and maintenance of this equipment is very easy,open the gate of grinding room to clean up.It adopts full sealed type and own air volume and pressure to collect the powder,so there is no dust coming out in the pulverizing process.
Application of PE Pulverizer
Typical application for this MFS Series PE Pulverizer are the grinding varieties of these following granulated material including high and low density plastics like:
Ldpe(16ma 400ipcl grade for textile and wire coating)
Ldpe, Hdpe (26500 reliance grade for master batch)
Lldpe (36ra 0345 ipcl grade)
Rpvc, pc, abs, eva, ps,pa, etc.
Features of PE Pulverizer :
Disc & Mill Body
Aim for smooth processing,the tooth disc is made from graded material tested quality and dynamically balanced.
Cooling
The cooling system of pulverizer is using wind cooling combined with water cooling.
Metal Detector
High effiency hopper magnet is equipped with the machine to detect the metallic parts from the polymer.
Feeding
Feeding hopper shows low level indicator, auto tripping system is available when overloading feeding.
Cyclone
Our cyclonic system is easy to clean up, with 16 pcs bag filter.
Hopper Loader
According to request, pneumatic hopper loader will be provided.
Performance
It adopts the newly improved structure of blade and professional bearing,so it has advantages of fine grinding,high output and low energy consumption.
