PVC Industry Plastic Pulverizer Applictation:
Pulverizing rigid PVC Pellets, pipe and profile regind. The powder quality produced with this system is excellent for high production, sensitive twin screw extrusion. A constant feed assures higher extruder capacity and reduced wear the the twin screw extruder screw and barrel
Principle of Plastic Pulverizer Operation:
The material in pellet or granular form is fed with a vibratory feeder from a feeder hopper to the pulverizer. The material is pulverized between two rings of segments mounted on crrier discs then air conveyed to a screening machine. The coarse material is recycled to the pulverizer for further size reduction. The desired powder is deverted to fill bags or containers or conveyed to silos.
Construstion of Plastic Pulverizer
Heavy duty welded steel construction in copact space saving design. The system can be designed to fit particular space requirements.
The front door is securely bolted and can be easily opened upon shut-down making the grinding chamber readily accessible for fast cleaning. The door can be equipped with a safety door locking system to prevent opening during operation.
