Hydraulic shearing cutting machine also can be called hydraulic cutting machine, which can be divided into hydraulic guillotine shearing machine, CNC hydraulic shearing machine, and hydraulic swing cutting machine.
This shearing equipment can be used for cutting all kinds of metal steel plate, hot rolled steel plate,cold-roll steel sheets,galvanized sheet,galvanized sheet,clad sheet steel,color sheet steel. clad sheet steel, bridge steel plate, boiler steel plate, shipbuilding, armoured steel plate, auto steel plate, structural plate, building, household appliancessteel plate, etc. It also can coordinate with other special equipment to complete cutting and bending process.
Different configuration according to our customers' requirement
1. All steel welded structure, secondary tempering, eliminate stress, has better rigidity and stability.
2. The gear stopper can be in turn, very easy for shearing the long plate.
3. The gear stopper adopt different size head, which is helpful for shear orientation effect after changed the shearing angle.
4. The blade gap hand adjustment.
5. Y type workbench, equipped with turn automatic compensation function, improve the workbench shear strength.
6. Three points support rolling guide, without guide rail gap, rectangular blade.
7. Oil cylinder adopt 45 # steel modulation process, the forging extrusion, nickel and phosphorus protective plating.
8. The main electrical components adopt Schneider brand.
9. The accumulator using nitrogen return.
