Its top roller can lift and two bottom rollers can move horizontally separately or synchronously. Every bottom roller perform functions of bottom roller and side roller in turn, become two types non-symmetrical three-roller rolling plate machine, which can finish pre-bend and roll of thin sheet and thick plate at the same time. It is convenient to roll taper work piece.

Feature and advantage:

1. The machine consist of bottom base, up and bottom roller stand, main drive system, electrical system and so on. Bottom base and machine stand is welding structure, strictly control the welding quality and has steps of eliminating the inner force, to promise the machine have enough strength and rigidity under working condition, eventually guarantee the accuracy of the work piece.  Movement of bottom roller driven and upper roller vertical moving are controlled by electric. All operation adopts centralize electric control, easy for operation.

 2. Working components Upper roller sits in two oilless self-lubricating bearings, locate at inside of the stand, make vertical movement driven by worm wheel on both sides.

     On certain extence, upper roller can pre-bending the job directly with high accuracy.
