Instrucation:
The frame is steel-welded construction, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity.
Mechanical stop nuts ensure stable and reliable positioning accuracy.
Torque shaft is designed of rigidity with high solidness, assuring the synchronized movements of ram.
The ram's stroke and the back gauge's position can be speedily adjusted by motor and fine adjusted by handle.
Operational principle:
Adopting the suitable blade clearance between motorial above blade and fixed under blade, which form shearing force to sheet metal with various thickness and separate the sheet with required size. 1. All steel welded structure, secondary tempering, eliminate stress, has better rigidity and stability.
2. The gear stopper can be in turn, very easy for shearing the long plate.
3. The gear stopper adopt different size head, which is helpful for shear orientation effect after changed the shearing angle.
4. The blade gap hand adjustment.
5. Y type workbench, equipped with turn automatic compensation function, improve the workbench shear strength.
6. Three points support rolling guide, without guide rail gap, rectangular blade.
7. Oil cylinder adopt 45 # steel modulation process, the forging extrusion, nickel and phosphorus protective plating.
8. The main electrical components adopt Schneider brand.
