high speed uncoil straightening equipment
This production line is applied to make the thin metal plate leveling, shear sheet into special length. The equipment is composed by feeding trolley, uncoiler, pressure plate device, leveling mainframe, activity across the bridge, guide correction device, sizing structure, making membrane device, shearing machine, conveying workbench, pneumatic discharge rack, hydraulic lifting material, hydraulic system and electric control system, PLC control. The main hydraulic, pneumatic and electric control components, sizing system adopt the international famous brand.
This production line is mainly used for processing the cold-rolled carbon steel coil plate, stainless steel rolled plate and non-ferrous metal etc., also can configure sextuple type leveling machine to cut to length for a high metal aluminum panel. According to the customer request, the leveling machine can use cutting, precision two-stage leveling; Fixed-length cutting can use ordinary mechanical electrical, digital frequency conversion technology, or AC servo technology;
Shearing machine also can match for normal machine, hydraulic machine, electromagnetic clutch, pneumatic clutch transmission power of the high speed brake type shearing machine, mobile tracking shear and rotary flying shear.
