Ductile cast iron flange pipe not only retains all of cast iron pipes attractive qualities, such as machinability and corrosion resistance, but also provides additional strength, toughness, and ductility. It is lighter, stronger, more durable and more cost effective than cast iron pipes. It is reliable for transporting raw and potable water, sewage, slurries, and process chemicals.

case or pallet depends on the diameter of DCI Fittings, cases for smaller, pallets for bigger.
of course, finally package condition in accordance with client's requirements and LCL, all products are boxes or cases,no pallets , or less pallets except no other choice.( about its L, H ,W, we will have a negotiation with our forwarder in advance)
additionaly, package size, standard case packaged(1.1*1.1*1.1), or specialized design for specific DCI fittings list, ordered items.
Last , For long pipe, welded pipe, pallets, no exceeding 6meter per piece, 5.8m for container, 6m for bulk.

Delivery: nearest Qingdao Port,China. only need 1.5 hour to Seaport, no more than 2hours to Qingdao Airport,
lead time 25-30days for normal qty/tons. third party and ship will be booked, in advance, when production finishment is near.
Sample is free & 7-10 days delivery, but for freight is charge of you, but in the latter order, it will cut off from Contract amount.

NOTE Coat of di fittings:
Interal:Portland cement mortar for Portalbe water ,Drinking water;
High-aluminium cement, Sulfur-resistant cement for Drainage ,Sewerage.
External: Rich-zinc primer plus Black Bitumen paint ;
Epoxy paint or Epoxy coat(FBE)coat,no less than 200um.
Red coating ,normally ,it is perfomed as per BS EN598 standard, suitable for Drainage, Sewerage ect. water pipeline.
