The is the most common used method of debarking in the sawmill and veneer industry, plywood industry, chipboard, MDF board, OSB industry and papermaking industry. It is the most cost-effective method when we consider the volume of wood normally used in these fields.
The wood is debarked before the manufacturing process for the requirements on the cleanliness of raw materials.The debarking improves the processes of a modern production plant in many ways. An important reason for debarking is related to quality requirements concerning the woodchips produced as a by-product. The chips, used as raw material by the pulp industry, must be sufficiently clean to be suitable for producing pulp, which is then made into paper.
For the efficiency and cost savings, our drum debarking is widely used in modern sawmills or veneer/ plywood factories.

The complete wood handling line is used for pulp paper and MDF industry of logs debarking and chipping. Its debarking clean rate is more than 95%.
Ruiguang rotary drum debarking line adopts world advanced technology. It has advantages of compact structure, lower energy consumption, higher clean debarking, and larger productive capacity. The technology is the pioneer domestic. It is the ideal equipment for wood-based panel, pulp paper industry, and wood chip production plant. It can completely replace the import equipments.
Technical Route of wood handing:
1,Log-Loader-Feed-in conveyer-Inclined Feed-in-channel (Debarker)-Debarker-Discharge-Roller Conveyer-Belt Conveyor-Inclined Feed-in channel(Chipper)-Chipper.
2,Barks fall down from the discharging slot (including bark fall down the roller conveyer)-Belt Conveyer-Energy Factory.
