Introduction of the rotary cement kiln
The rotary cement kiln belongs to construction equipment. According to different material , the rotary kiln can be divided into rotary cement kiln, metallurgy kiln and limestone kiln. The cement kiln is mainly used for calcimine of cement clinker, there are dry and wet types. The metallurgy kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks. for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry ; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome power ore in chemical plant. Lime kiln[active lime kiln] is used for calcimine of active lime and dolomite in ironworks and alloy works.
Main characteristic of rotary cement kiln
1.The rotary cement kiln applied to roast active lime and dolomite which are commonly used in steel factories and ferroalloy factories.
2.The metallurgy chemical rotary cement kiln is mainly used for magnetized roasting of lean iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome ore and nickele ore etc in steel plants.In refractory plants,this rotary kiln is mainly used for roasting clinker and aluminum hydroxide.When used in chemical industry,it is mainly used for roasting chrome ores and chrome powders and more.
3.The rotary cement kiln is primarily used for caining cement cliner,It can be divided into dry process rotary kilns and wet process rotary kilns.
