DI pipe fittings are manufactured according to ISO 2531 or BS EN545 or BS4772,internal is cement lining or wet epoxy coating;External is zinc plus bitumen or wet epoxy coating. We also manufacture ductile iron fittings with fusion bonded epoxy both inside and outside.
We have passed ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSMS18001 certificate.
1, Standards : ISO2531,BS EN545 , EN598 , BS4772.
2, Material : GGG500-7 or other Ductile iron .
3, Coating : Fusion bonded epoxy coating ; cement lining internal and zinc primer and bitumen painting external; bitumen painting inside and outside ; or as client's request.
4 , Package : wooden pallets and cases with plastic layer , Plywood cases and pallets with plastic layer, steel crates .
5, Accessories such as gaskets , bolts and nuts available upon request .
6, Joints type: Flanged pipe fittings , push-on Tyton socket fittings , Ductile iron/PVC fittings, K type bolted gland fittings .
7,Flange drilled: as BS4504 or ISO7005-2.
8,Working press: PN10 or PN16 or PN25.
