The injection system is controlled by servo valve , including injection rate closed loop, holding pressure closed loop and back pressure closed loop. When the back pressure values of injection and charging are not the same as the set value, pressure sensor installed on the injection cylinder makes a comparison and send signal back to servo valve , make sure the actual value be the same as set value. This kind of machine is suitable for molding high precision plastic products, both precision in weight and dimension.
