ZW43D-24 outdoor HV single pole vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high voltage switch device with rated voltage 24KV and frequency 50Hz/60Hz. It is composed of breaker and permanent-magnet control mechanism. It is used to switch on and off power system for load current and short circuit current. It is applicable for transformer station, electric system with 24KV, dirty environment and frequent operation occasion, especially for single phase supply line.

 >> Structure : 

1. Single pole structure. Vacuum arc extinction room and operation mechanism are connected through isolating rod and the operation is reliable.
2. Vacuum arc extinction room, main circuit loop and isolating support parts are integrated into a whole part poured with epoxy resin by APG process. It is then sealed with silicone rubber and has anti-condensation performance and mechanical strength.
3. High-performance and bitable state permanent magnetic operation mechanism is used. The structure is simple and the mechanical and eclectic life is long.
4. The cabinet employs stainless steel with thickness 3mm. It has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
5. Smart permanent-magnet controller. It has protection function of quick-break protection, overload protection and reclosure protection. Equipped with communication port RS485/RS232, remote monitor and fault information transmit can be realized by fiber and wireless.
6. Equipped with different current transformer, it can be used to measure and protect.
7. Voltage transformer and solar battery can be provided as power supply for breaker.
8. With Miniaturization, beautiful appearance, light weight and easy installation.
9. Equipped with control terminal. It can be used in automation transformer network and unattended transformer station.
