PVC granules for cable :
1. Applications and cable specifications of pvc granules for cable:
High flame retardant PVC jacket compound for cables and wires with temperature rating of conductor at 70 degree C. And pass the CMR grade burning test. Meeting low smoke and low halogen requirements.
2. Description of pvc granules for cable:
Flame retardant PVC jacket compound for wires and cables, based on PVC resin, is made into granula by mixing, plastification and granulation with adding plasticizer, stabilizing agent, flame retardant and etc. The products meet various special requirements, such as different hardness, UV stable, environment friend (RoHs, REACH, PAHs, chlorinated alkanes free, phthalate free, and etc.), sub-shine and fog surface, low temperature resistant, PS/ABS transfer proof, rodent-repellent, termite-repellent, and etc.
3. Processing of pvc granules for cable:
It is recommended that compound should be processed with common extruder having a minimum L/D ratio of 20.
The following temperature(°C) profile of extruder is recommended:

4. Storage and transport of pvc granules for cable:
Packing: 25kg/bag, PE membrane inside bag and craft outside bag
Avoiding in direct sunlight and weathering
Storage place should be in clean, cool, dry and ventilated conditions
