Installation
We offer detailed instructions and videos for installation. Besides, FUTE Group can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in initial period for large projects of more than 100 poles. However, all the travelling and food & accommodation costs shall be borne by the customer.
After-sale service
a. We will offer technical guidance and repair service for the whole life time of our products.
b. We promise to respond with customer’s questions within 24 working-hours.
Life Time & Warranty
LED light: CREE chips or Bridgelux chips provide super-bright light from little power, need simple thermal management, and last up to 50,000 hours, with a 3-year warranty.
Pole: up to 25 years of long life time, with a 15-year warranty
FUTE Group’s warranty does not cover damage caused during or after installation. The product components should be inspected as soon as the packaging is removed and any damage should be reported without delay. Once the product has been installed, We will not be responsible for any newly discovered damage. The product must be installed properly, with no unauthorized adjustments. Any costs caused by incorrect installation, including all accommodation and travelling costs of our technicians to the purchaser’s installation site shall be borne by the purchaser. Damages caused by lightning strikes are not covered. If there is the repair of electrical components without our permission or the use of electrical components not supplied by our company, any of the above warranties shall be exempted.
We reserve the right to substitute similar or better components in its lamp system provided that the product performs equally or better under the same guarantees.
