JN AA-3311 Crease-proof Agent
v Product overview
JN AA-3311 Crease-proof Agent is applicable to crease-proof and durable press finishing of cotton, linen, artificial cotton and blended fabrics. After being finished by this product, the fabric will have good shape memory and washing fastness without any free formaldehyde. It is shrink-proof andcrease-proof, stiff and smooth in appearance. It feels plump and soft, and is highly washable and abrasion-proof. It is free from yellowing or discoloration at high temperature. After treatment, the fabric has good smooth texture, crease-proof retainability and shrink-proof performance. The product can improve the color fastness of fabric, reduce fuzzing and surface deformation. The fabric does not contain free formaldehyde and is free from yellowing at high temperature. At present, the product has been widely applied in leisure wear (such as T-shirts, shirts, hats and etc.), business suits, curtains, bed sheets and etc.

v Product features
The product is applicable to easy-care finishing of cotton, T/C and other blended fabrics as well as shrink-proof finishing of blended lining cloth.
After being finished by this product, the fabric has good easy-care performance. Whenever the test is conducted according to AATCC112 test, the content of free formaldehyde is normally under 75ppm, without washing.
The fabric has good smooth texture, chlorine and shrink resistance.

Resin: 80~120g/l
Resin catalyst: 20~40g/l
Fiber protective agent: 20~40g/l
Penetrant: 2g/l
Softener: 20 ~ 30g/l
2. Easy-care finishing of thick cotton fabric
Resin: 100~120g/l
Resin catalyst: 30~40g/l
Fiber protective agent: 20~30g/l
Penetrant: 2g/l
Softener: 20~40g/l
3. Easy-care finishing of thin cotton fabric
Resin: 80~100g/l

II. Reference process
1. Easy-care finishing of fabric
Dipping and mangling twice (mangle expression) drying and setting (maintain a moisture content of 15~20% between 80 ~100°C) curing (150~160°C, 3~5min)
2. Easy-care finishing of garment
Dipping: 5~20min
Dewatering: Moisture content 70~80%
Drying: Maintain a moisture content of 15~20% between 80 to 100°C
Curing: 150 ~160°C, 3 ~5 min
v Package and storage
The product is packaged in 50kg or 100kg plastic drum. It can be transported as a general chemical and stored in a ventilated place. Its shelf life is 12 months.
v Precautions
1. Resin reaction will require acid catalyst and must be conducted in acid bath.
2. Ensure proper drying and curing temperature and time so as to acquire sufficient cross linking reaction and guarantee a good finishing effect.
