JN BA-3309 Chelating Dispersant
v Application characteristics
1 JN BA-3309 Chelating Dispersant is used for softened water treatment in printing and dyeing industry and can effectively chelate the metal ion in water.
2 When used for textile sizing, the product can effectively chelate the metal ion. When used for desizing, it makes size mixture swell easily, separate from the fiber and disperse into a colloid state for removal. It can prevent impurities and sizing agent from depositing in the fiber again, which will make the bottom whiter, desizing more complete and equipment cleaner.
3 To add the chelating dispersant in the scouring process can chelate and disperse calcium and magnesium ions in the operating solution and help remove the pectin. It can prevent insoluble calcium and magnesium salts from depositing in the fabric, which will improve the capillary effect, eliminate calcium spots, and greatly enhance scouring effect and leveling property of dyeing.
4 To add the chelating dispersant in hydrogen peroxide bleaching solution can effectively block the metal ion and indirectly control the decomposing speed of hydrogen peroxide to avoid fabric damage.
5 The chelating agent features dispersion, complexation and electrostatic repulsion, which can facilitate dyes dissolution, improve their diffusion rate, and improve the fastness of dyed products.

v Package and storage
The product is packaged in 125kg or 200kg plastic drum, and its shelf life is 12 months. It can be transported as a general chemical.
