BT-1 Paper Dry Strength Agent is the improved version of BT-10, and with a greater number of hydrogen bondings, resulting in better strengthenging effects. Improved molecular weight and hence greater molecular volume makes the product easier to remain in the fiber. This product has good strengthening effect not only on ordinary papers but also on waste papers with fine fiber and more fillers. v Usage
Use Deserted when used with water dilution, dilution factor is generally about 15 to 30 times, then the product mix was added to the slurry, BT-1's dosage is 10 ~ 20KG / T paper. Normally the adding should be at the place between the exit of machine chest and entrance of the fan pump
v Caution
Use plastic or stainless steel as a product tank, dilution tanks, piping and other materials. Such as the use of ferrous materials will cause corrosion, the product causes the phenomenon of tackifier, reduced enhancement. Do not mix with other chemicals, the product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
