JN FR-1140 Environment-Friendly Flame Retardant
v Product features
This product can be used for processing various honeycomb paper products, natural wood, artificial plywood, wooden products and work pieces; also applied to processing fabrics made of bamboo, hemp, cotton and the like, as well as plant fiber materials or products. The materials processed with this product will not change in the original appearance, gloss ,physical and mechanical properties. In case of open flame, this product will not burn except partial carbonization phenomenon only and it can effectively inhibit the propagation of flame and even the spread of fire. It is easy to use and transport safely. It is a new generation fire retardant with effective fire prevention and inflaming retarding functions.
This product is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid. It is colorless, odorless and environment-friendly and has a better high-polymerization inflaming retarding effect than other types of flame retardants. Moreover, this product can be widely used in flame retarding and fire prevention of paper and wood with no corrosion to user’s equipment, and still, the paper and wood products processed with it also have anti-corrosion and mothproof functions.
v Method of application
This product can be propared with the concentration of 1:2 according to the inflaming retarding requirements, i.e., add 1KG flame retardant to 2KG water and stir the mixture until it is homogeneous; or soak paper into this product or use coating or roller coating for paper processing to allow this flame retardant to be fully immersed into paper, and after drying, it can achieve the flame retardant effect.
v Attentions
This product is not dangerous and can be transported as a safe chemical product. In terms of storage, do not put heavy things on it or put it in contact with sharp things. This product is neither corrosive nor harmful to human body. If the skin contacts it by accident, just wash it with water.

25kg, 50kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements
