JN AZC-1117 Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate Repellents
v Function
ZR-03 Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate Repellent is environmental friendly and is very easy to crosslink and solidify. When it is used with synthetic latex, starch and other natural adhesives, the chemical reactions between them provides excellent resistance water; The product matures fast, and can significantly improve the coated paper (board) and NCR's nap wet friction, speed and therefore printability of paper is improved as a result. This product can be used in food packaging, coated paper, white cardboard, cast coated paper, white paper, computer printing paper, specialty paper, etc.

v Usage
The added amount is 0.3% to 0.6% (undiluted liquid) of pigment addition , to add in the final preparation of coating process, coating the pre-accession between pH 8 to 10 best.
v Caution
The product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure, avoiding contact with copper ions, acid exposure, unstable in acid medium.
v Packing
25 kg, 200 kg, 1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
