JN AZC-1116ammonium zirconium carbonate Repellents
v Function
ZR-02 Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate is an very effective cross-linking agent for the improvement of paper surface strength. This is a new generation environmental-friendly water resistant cross-linking agent in place of amino resins, glyoxal cross-linkers and does not contain formaldehyde or other organic matters. It cross-links effectively with styrene-butadiene latex, acrylic latex or adhesives containing carboxyl. It can make the paper coating water-proof and increase the surface strength of paper. The product can be used between a wide range of pH values (5.5-10.5). The paper processed with this product has excellent water –resistance capacity after it is taken off the paper machine without going through long-term storage or stages of drying. This product can be used for food packaging, and is widely used in coated paper, white cardboard, cast coated paper, white paper, computer printing paper, specialty paper, etc.

v Usage
The added amount is 0.2% to 0.8% (undiluted liquid) of pigment addition , to add in the preparation of the final coating processes, joined the former paint the best pH value between 8-10.
v Caution
The product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure, avoiding contact with copper ions, acid exposure, unstable in acid medium.
v Packing
25 kg, 200 kg, 1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
