JN PAM-1107 Paper Ring Crush Strengthening/Reinforcing Agent
v Functio
Y-1 Central pressure intensifier is a new add additives in making paper pulp, its enhanced mechanism is the use of multi-resin hydroxyl groups and fibers in the formation of the hydroxyl hydrogen bonds to form the network structure. Therefore, the agent can not only increase pressure intensifier of the paper, but also improve fine pulp fiber and filler retention of the first process. This product is mainly used to improve packaging paper, culture paper stiffness and ring crush strength.
Y -1 Paper Ring Crush Strengthening/Reinforcing Agent is a new internal sizing additives. The Strengthening /Reinforcing Mechanism: hydroxyl group in the Multi-Component Resin and the hydroxy in the fibre forms hydrogen bonds, resulting in a network structure. Therefore, Y -1 Paper Ring Crush Strengthening/Reinforcing Agent not only improves physical properties like the ring crush pressure, but also improves retention rate of fine fibres and fillers on the primary stages. This product is mainly used to improve the stiffness and ring crush strength for packaging paper and culture paper.

Product diluted with cool water, dilution factor is generally 15 to 30 times. Fully mixed and adding to the slurry, adding amount about 10 ~ 20KG / T paper.
v Caution
Use plastic or stainless steel as a product tank, dilution tanks, piping and other materials, such as the use of ferrous materials will cause corrosion, the product cause the phenomenon of tackifier, reduced enhancement. Do not mix with other chemicals, the product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.

25 kg,200 kg, 1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
