v  Features

JN BA-3435 Waterproof Emulsion is a new generation styrene-acrylic polymer emulsion for cement-based waterproof coatings. The product has prominent cement compatibility, high tensile strength, excellent elongation and low water absorption, and all these qualities make waterproof coating cost effective. JN BA-3435 Waterproof Emulsion does not contain APEO (alkyl phenol polyethylene glycol ether) and aqueous ammonia, ensuring better environmental protection.

Advantages:

1, very high elongation and powder/emulsion ratio, saving the recipe cost;
2, excellent compatibility with cement, mixing well with cement, thus reducing the    formation of lumps and producing smooth films;
3,low water absorption and low permeability, ensuring the wholeness and excellent waterproof performance under wet conditions;

4, no aqueous ammonia and very slight odor after mixture with cement; no APEO (alkyl phenol polyethylene glycol ether) and environment-friendly.
Typical applications: cement-based waterproof coating; putty(one-component and two-component) and exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS).

Storage

The product should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Avoid freezing and high temperature. It should be used up within six months. Suggested normal storage temperature should be between 10 - 35 °C.
