1. Features and advantages of QTF3-20 semi-auto brick making machine
QTF3-20 semi-auto brick making machine is designed according to the market condition and customer's feedback. It has high productivity, high quality and strong durability. The blocks made by QTF 3-20 have high compression strength, standard dimension, with beautiful appearance.
QTF3-20semi-auto brick making machine is specially made for producing colored paving block, grass-planting block, slope protection brick and so on. It adopts hydraulic drive, non-contact approach switch monitoring, double layers (raw material and color material), and automatically working. It combines mechanic, electricity, hydraulic and high frequency vibration technology together. The main electrical components and hydraulic components are all imported or adopt Chinese famous brand. It has the features of compressing during vibrating, controlling both the height and density, high exciting force, compact structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, reliable working, etc. Being equipped with one belt and a common mixer, it can make bricks. It is an ideal environmental construction equipment.
