II. Brief Introduction of JMQ-6A Movable Block Machine:
JMQ-6A Mobile Block Making Machine is mainly used to produce hollow blocks. It mainly has the following features:
1.JMQ-6A Mobile Block Making Machine is equipped with wheels which can make this block machine moving automatically after forming one mould of blocks.
2.JMQ-6A Mobile Block Making Machine is also equipped with an working chair. Operator can sit on it and controls the block machine working, more comfortable. It also has an umbrella, which protect the operator from sunburn, very personal design.
3.JMQ-6A Mobile Hollow Block Machine doesn't need pallets, which could save the cost of pallets. After one mould of blocks formed, it will move to ahead place, like laying eggs on the ground. It is also called egg-laying block machine.
4.The blocks are formed by vibration and hydraulic pressure which can make the blocks more stronger, higher intensity, bigger density, better quality.
