Safety operation waste tire recycling pyrolysis for sale
Our pyrolysis machine can convert waste plastic, tyre and rubber etc into fuel oil in normal pressure. In general, we can get 1 ton fuel oil with 2.5 tons waste tyre or plastic, the fuel oil can be refined throught the oil distillation machine to the diesel, gasoline, and machine oil. Zero emission, high efficiency, our pyrolysis plant not only can resolve the problem of the waste plastic/tyre and pollution, but also can bring substantial benefits for you.
Put the raw material into the reactor, and then heat the burner. The oil gas from reactor will be separated in the manifold. The heavy oil gas will drop down and be stored in the slag oil tank, while the light gas will rise up to the condenser. After cooling, gas turns into liquid and flows to the oil tank. The remained gas that cannot be liquified will enter the hydroseal, and then return to the burner to be burnt after the edulcoration and desulfuration.
WJ-9 waste tire/plastic /rubber pyrolysis plant
with capacity 20T/D,continuous running for 24 hours per day, equipped with safety device(alarm for over temperature and pressure, Auto pressure releasing system, extra gas recycling system, Fire fighting device) and advanced dedusting system(dust chemical removing tank, ceramic ring filtering system and alkali sprayers), which will guarantee safety and no pollution in production.

1. Safety |
|
A. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak. B. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding. C. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve. D. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

2. Environmental Friendly
|
|
A. Well water de-dusting system can avoid black smoke. B. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution C. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

3. Long service Life

A. Material: Q245R or Q345 Boiler Steel Plate, thickness 16mm. B. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the max.

4. Energy Saving

A. Well sealing for heating system, no gas leak and saving fuel. B. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating. |

5. The total production consumption
|
|
A. Power: 120kw/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time). B. Cooling circuit water: 100m³/hour in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down). C. Fuel for heating:
30——40KG coal for processing one ton raw oil for average. 20——30KG diesel for processing one ton raw oil for average.
D. Space for machine: 3000square meter----3500 square meter (the smallest space). E. Workers or shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups.
