Pellet mill
Oweei wood pellet mill can press biomass or animal feed or fertilizer materials, such as biomass waste from
sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, paper, plastic, animal feed materials
such as grain, soybean, maize, fertilizer materials such as animal manure and plant waste e. c. t
Oweei wood pellet mill heart parts "die" and "roller" are made by high alloy steel wear resistant material according

Usage
The ring die pellet machine is applied to the shapless material with low adhesiveness such as the rice husk,
sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark, crop straws, rubber, cement ,
ash and other chemical materials. The wood pellet mill can be widely used in the feed plant, wood processing,
fuel plant, fertilizer plant and chemical plant etc. It is the ideal pressing shaping equipment with low investment
and high profit.
Requirements for raw material:
1.initial moisture content:less than 20%
2.input size:less than 6 mm
Final products application
1.final product size is diameter from 6mm-10mm
2.clean, pleasant smelling and smooth to touch.
3.you can sell local market for house stove,biomass fuel plant, power plant, restaurant, hotel and chemical plant
4. density is 1-1.6g/ cm3, and its calorific value can reach about 3500-5500 kilo calorie
5. pellet temperature: 70-80°C
6.after cooler the temperature will be :normal temperature +5 °C

FAQ:
Before ordering, you should tell us:
1. What's your raw material?
Like wood,sawdust,palm fiber etc.
2. What's the moisture content of the raw material?(This we should make sure the dryer machine uses or not.)
If the moisture of raw material more than 20%,it need drying first.
3. What's you raw material size?(This we should make sure whether the crushing machine is necessary or not.
If the raw material size more than 6mm,it need grinder to crushing.
4. You should tell me whether you require the single machine or the flow chart?
need cooler and packing machine or not
a.if length bigger than 8mm, it needs wood chipper for first crushing, then hammer mill for second crushing, making into sawdust for pelletizing directly.
b.if moisture content is more than 15%, it needs dryer or drying in the sun.
oler: after pelletizing process, if you want to pack pellets directly, we suggest cooler, otherwise, put pellets aside and making cooling in nature.
d.packing machine: you can pack pellets by this machine or by manual.
