Products Information
Prepained galvanized steel is a kind of product with cold rolled steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet as basic board.Treated with skining, cleaning, chemical conversion processing and twice coatings as well as twice baking, the end product not only has normal zinc coating protecting, but also the organic coating on the surface has the function of isolation and rust-resist, which prlong the usage life.

Usage & Application
Being a new energy-saving and environmenta-friendly raw materical, PPGI steel coil has the advantages of lightless, beautiful color and excellent corrosion resistant performance, it has been widely used in constructions, shipbuilding,vehicle and automotive , furnituring and electric industries.
Advantage
Adopting bi-painting/bi-drying technology and PLC automatic controlling system during the production, Wanfang can produce performance quality PPGI 120,000 mts per year, with thicknes range 0.2-1.2mm and width range 900-1250mm.
Scale
At present in first phase, Wanfang Steel is equipped with one color coating production line with annual production capacity of 120,000 mts, which is under perfect production conditions; in second phase, our capacity is planned to reach 500,000 mts.
Integrated Industry chain
Wanfang set up powerful industry chain from acid pickling-cold rolling-hot dip galvanizing-color coating to pin plate that scheduled to operate at May 2014. This leads to fast production but short delivery as well as competitive price.

Shandong Wanfang Steel Co., Ltd was established in 2011, which is located in the beautiful coastal city of Rizhao, Shandong Province, China. Wanfang steel is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of Pre-painted galvanized steel coil (PPGI), Hot dipped galvanized steel coil, cold rolled steel coil, acid pickled steel coil and tin plate. Our annual capacity of PPGI/GI is nearly 120,000 metric tons.
Wanfang steel is well-equipped with advanced production line and quality performance testing facilities, including one unit of push-pull type shallow slot turbulent acid picking line, three units of high precision single stand reversible cold rolling mill, one unit of continuous hot dip galvanizing line and one unit of pre-painted galvanizing line. The new project of tin plate line is in progress, which contains bell type full hydrogen annealing furnace, 18-high precision cold rolling mill, steel strip cleaning unit, multifunction steel strip skin pass mill, steel strip tension leveler, insoluble anode electrolytic tinning line.
Wanfang Steel focuses on strict quality control and timely delivery. QC members carry out strict inspection at each stage: raw-material inspection, in-process inspection and finished-product inspection.
