Operational Principle
Two rotors driven by a pair of synchronizer gear, rotating at a constant speed in reversal direction, with help of insulation between suction chamber and discharge chamber supplied by a proper working gap between both impellers and between impeller and casing, then push the internal gas so as to realize functioning of exhausting.
Configuration
Rotors: compose of shaft, impeller, bearing, synchronizer gear, coupling, shaft collar, etc.
Impeller: involute type; high volume efficiency
Bearing: Double-row angular-contact ball bearings for Model 3000;
And single-row radial short cylindrical roller bearings for Model 32000 can be
adapt to axial shift of rotors caused by thermal expansion.
Synchronizer gear: compose of gear ring and gear hub for easily adjust the working gap.
Casing: compose of cabinet, right and left wall-plate, on which there’re bearing pedestal, sealing parts and etc. They are in common use.
Base: Common bases for middle and small blowers and only bases for large blowers.
Lubrication: immersion for gearwheel and splash lubrication for bearings.
Driving Method: flexible coupling is an important part in it and has the function of impact alleviating and compensation to axial-deviation.
