Product Introduction
Best drum cooler/monocular cooler/rotary cooling equipment is the main marching rotary drier for rotary kiln production system or rotary driers system.Its structure is simple,performance stable and operation is reliable.Thewaste gas produced by heat exchange will be imported into rotary kiln to improve the thermal efficiency of the whole system.
Working Principle
Its principle is to quench clinker which is laid in levels on the grate plates with cold wind from air blower.Temperature of clinker will be rapidly dropped from 1200°C to be less than 100°C.Plenty of waste gases after cooling could not only be used as secondary air in the kiln,but also be heat source for drying coal in the coal mill.Clinker with high temperature goes into the cooler through the feeding device, and the cooler will rotate to drive the materials to conduct heat exchange with the air, and with the constant rotation of the kiln according to the designed inclination and rotating speed, the materials will also periodically roll and move forward inside the kiln, so that the raw materials are send from the feeding end to the discharging end and cooled to below 200°C in the time period when the materials go through the rotary kiln.
The quality and grindability after cooling down is improved. The air from cooling clinker is injected into kiln, as secondary circulating air, raising the thermal efficiency of kiln.
