Main Functions:

2. The main description of structure:
Automatic filling machine is composed of empty barrels storage area, filling system, the upper cover system, gland mechanism, finished product storage area, conveying system and electric control system and so.
Filling system is composed of a feeding mechanism, a weighing mechanism, a filling mouth, a frame, a pneumatic control system composed of four parts. The feeding mechanism is composed of an electromagnetic valve respectively through the cylinder performs fast and slow feeding; weighing mechanism is composed of a weighing sensor and the weighing platform support, the composition; the weighing platform are connected through a sensor and cylinder. A: That depend on your technology art, some clinets just using vacuum emulsifying mixer is ok but some need connect with our colloid mill. colloid can mill the material more fine and smooth.
