The basic structure:
Vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine is my company on the basis of the introduction of Germany advanced technology according to cosmetics, ointment, products manufacturing technology and design, the unit by the pretreatment of pot, vacuum emulsifying stirring pot, high shear emulsifying homogenizer, two-way scraping wall mixing system, vacuum system, hydraulic system and discharging system, electric control system, work platform and other parts.
Working principle:
Using high-speed emulsification machine head with slow mixing blade counter-rotating design, under the action of high-speed emulsification head, the center of the raw material will be attracted by emulsification head narrow clearance, at the same time be a powerful circulating flow inside the tank, mixing blade plus center and peripheral slow mixing box positive &negative effects, strong cutting force and impact force and dispersion effect, not only can achieve efficient mixing effect, make raw material sufficient crushing, mixing, emulsification and homogenization. Mixing box made of ptfe with pan wall between scraper, Angle can be adjusted with the rotation of the mixing box, scraping the attached on the inner wall of the pot, and at the bottom of the materials, without stirring blind Angle, at the same time, can avoid the pot wall material or overheating too cold, fast heat exchange effect and balance product temperature, shorten the manufacturing time. Emulsification machine advantages:
1. This unit adopt the upper coaxial three heavy agitator, use of high speed stirring function mix oil phase and water phase raw materials, the mixture after the native of highly efficient stirring, emulsion, homogeneous processing, raw materials can be fully combine, form good molecular structure, make the molecules to achieve the effect of uniform.

5. The scraper device adopts polytetrafluoroethylene material or silica gel, can be scraped off the pot wall material, to achieve a more complete mixing effect. This device can remove the cleaning and assembly, simplify the cleaning and maintenance work.
6. Equipment is equipped with multiple safety device, such as vacuum safety device and jacket safty valve, overload protection, etc.
7. The parts contact with material is SUS316 material, sealed vacuum emulsifying stirring of the products is absolutely health and sterile products, the mechanical structure is satisfy and reach to the requirements of GMP (CIP/SIP).
8. Can design according to customer requirements, raw material metering, heating, dissolving, emulsifying, cooling, such as temperature control, mixing speed change and the vacuum desecration, using unmanned automatic operation. (PLC)
