8.temper temperature: 200-500°C
1.can save 10% -40% energy when chain quench and temper heat treatment. Take wire diameter 10mm for example, heat treatment power consumption less than 320 kilowatts per one ton, 8 hours can heat treat 2.5 tons.
2.chain with good strength after heat treatment, can meet G80 chain requires.
3.heat treatment has high production efficiency. Take rating power 100KW for example:

4. power, frequency, turn ratio of intermediate-frequency transformer, capacitor bank are programmable to meet different technological requirements.
