2. Product Display
- Raw Material: choose cotton yarn with good twist, which gives a cloth with a more pleasant hand and drape, and superior comfort.
- Dyeing: oxidation reduction reaction with pollution-free dyes. The equipements: America Morrison Rope Dyeing Line. This line guarantees less chromatic aberration, rich color level and protect the yarn's full form.
- Knitting: Japan Fukuhara Knitting Machine, the standard equipment for circular knitting. Good equipments, experienced operator and regular maintenance, all these things lead to fewer defects, better quality.
- Finishing: German Monforts Finishing Machine. Its biggest advantage is to ensure the stable weight and shrinkage rate from beginning to end.

Respection: twice--the first inspeciton after knitting, the second inspection after finishing. Never leave the problem to customer.
Knit denim absorbs the elastic and soft characterists from knit fabric:
- It has a relief room to bear the tension from any different direction. And recovering its original shape quickly.
- As America Morrison Rope dyeing Line is used, sizing is not necessary any more. The denim keeps the soft feeling of cotton.
