2. Product Photography
- Raw Material: The soil where cotton is planted contains more sugar, which gives the cotton better twist. And this character gives a cloth with a more pleasant hand and drape, and superior comfort.
- Dyeing: special dyeing with America Morrison Rope Dyeing Line. This method guarantee the same even betterdyeing effects as woven denim yarn, but never destroy the yarn's shape.
- Knitting: weft knitting with Japan Fukuhara Knitting Machine. Good material, better equipment and good inspector, all thest things lead to less defects, better quality.
- Finshing: three lines of German Monforts Finishing Machine. Its biggest advantage is to ensure the stable weight and shrinkage rate from beginning to end.
- Inspection: two inspections for each production. The first is before finishing, the final is after finishing
