2. Product Display
- Raw Material: choose cotton planted with rich sugar, with good twist, which gives a cloth a more pleasant hand and drape, and superior comfort.
- Dyeing: America Morrison Rope Dyeing Line. This line guarantees less chromatic aberation, rich color level, but never destroy the yarn's shape.
- Knitting: Japan Fukuhara Knitting Machine. Good equipments, experienced operator and regular maintenance, all these things lead to fewer defects, better quality.
- Finishing: German Monforts Finishing Machine. Its biggest advantage is to ensure the stable weight and shrinkage rate from beginning to end.
Recommend Reason:
Superior elastic and soft: weft knitting has a big space to withstand the tension from different directions by changing the terry shape. And it can recover its origin position quickly. Not only dyeing, but also knitting, cotton yarn is protected perfectly.
