2. Product Display
- Raw Material: cotton yarn: good twist, which gives a cloth with a more pleasant hand and drape, and superior comfort.
- Dyeing: America Morrison Rope Dyeing Line. This line guarantee the same even better dyeing effects as woven denim’s, but never destroy the yarn's shape.
- Knitting: Japan Fukuhara Knitting Machine. Good equipments and experienced operator, all these things lead to less defects, better quality.
- Finishing: German Monforts Finishing Machine. Its biggest advantage is to ensure the stable weight and shrinkage rate from beginning to end.
Washing Sample
- Poly cotton mixed yarn is used for the bottom, it leads to the following advantages:
- the weight can be heavier than common knit denim fabric. The current biggest weight is 400gsm.
- Although the weight is increased, leaky white won’t appear because the mixed yarn is very thin. The fabric’s front gets a tidiness and close grain.
- The tenacity of mixed yarn is much higher than raw cotton yarn. It won’t break during knitting, what means less defects.
- The mixed yarn is much cheaper than raw cotton yarn. The fabric’s price is lower.
