1. Sludge rotary dryer Components:

 Rotary drier is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material rising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.

2. Sludge rotary dryer Working Principle: 
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

3. Features

Sludge dryer point is inner structure, it is composed by active and fixed lifting plate, ensure sludge can’t stick on the cylinder and exchange with hot air completely, so the sludge can be dried quickly and easily.
