Electronic Type Yarn Evenness Tester with Measuring Meter
YG063G electronic type yarn evenness tester with measuring meter adopts constant rate of elongation (CRE) principle, which is suitable for testing breaking force index of single yarn or ply yarn of cotton, wool, man-made fiber blended, its performance all meet GB/T3916-1997 standard.This instrument is mainly composed of tester, computer, printer, yarn creel and worktable (equipped by user), computer is composed of host machine, display, mouse, keyboard.
Main features:
♦It adopts computer as control terminal and man-machine interface,data processing ability is high.
♦It adopts pneumatic holding device,soft reliable holding is not easy to damage yarn.
♦It has function of automatic eliminating abnormal data,correcting moisture regain,diagnosing fault.
♦Testing data is stable and reliable,which can be compared with UST3.
♦Testing efficiency is high,and 100 times tests of ordinary cotton yarn only need 8 min to 11 min.
