TD100A is suitable for both round wire and strip with diameter range from 0.025 ~ 5.0mm and strip up to 5.0mm*16mm.

5.Test method (with graphite)
1) Make a test sample
A 15cm length sample of enameled wire shall be wiped with a soft cloth, then spread with a water graphite in the middle of the sample on 5cm length and dried by a blower. The graphite and metal part as two electrodes become a electrical capacitor.
2) Start to test
Put the sample into the machine and start the software to proceed the test.
The software can automatically run a curve indicating how tangent delta value responses to changes of temperature.
3) Finish test
After the test finishes, the fan of the machine can automatically start to descend the temperature.
4) Software
Data can be input to the software including type of sample, diameter, temperature etc. to make record.
All test results can be saved automatically for record and reference.
Test result can be printed.
Comparison function: Five test results (curves) for different wires can be compared on same screen.
