Application:
To cut the whole tire crown,tire sidewall,tire bead Construction and Principle:The aircraft from the rack, turn the body, supporting frames, tool bodies and other components.
Usage:
This machine is mainly applied for the coarse crushing pieces of waste steel wire radial Tyre under normal temperature. It possesses the function of coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire, etc. Especially it is used to crush the steel Tyre pieces.
Construction & Principle: :
The basic principles for the selection of tire inner ring for the support system in the inner support frame. The support frame of the regulatory agencies will hold tight to the tire firmly supporting frames; get through the low speed gear transmission mechanism; cutting tool installed on the machine table panel, can be arbitrarily retreat knife. At low speed while moving the tire tool, cut into the tire, the tire can be smoothly cut. For a more smooth cutting and tool cooling, cooling water pumps will be supporting direct cutting point. This machine has the structure compact, advance technology, low power consumption, high efficiency, etc. Crush room with overall structure, working surface adopts excellent hard alloy steel welding technology, with high rigidity, wearability, and durable use. The rotor can be adjusted at the crush room arbitrarily as working, it is good for adjusting the size of input and output granules.
