Summary:
Since the pollution from the growing waste tyres of vehicles, it has put the treatment of waste tyre before everybody, however, it is frequent to see the re-use of steel. When comminuting the tyre directly, its thick steel wire inside makes a biggest test to the service life and material quality of cutter.
Usage:
Removing the whole steel wire of the inner ring of radial tyre with a diameter less than or equal to 1200mm.
Structure & Principle:
Switching on the power to start the motor, making the two notches of the disc under an open state completely, then placing the tyre into the press vertically (See the figure above); afterwards, switching on the motor (two hooks will rotate upwards simultaneously) . After the whole steel wire is removed away from the tyre completely, it can then be allowed to take the steel wire out of the press.
