Specifications:
• Water quenching baths can be classified into 2 kinds: 1 step water quenching and 2-step water quenching. e
quipped with high efficiency cooling and heat exchange device
• Bath width can be separated according to customer's wire kind and specification, bath length can be adjusted
according to technical requirement, several different kinds of wire can be running at the same time.
• The bath is sealed with wire outlet of heat treatment furnace as a complete sealed furnace cover, good for
stabilizing inside atmosphare of furnace, prevent wire oxidation
• Side open sealed small door and lifting cover door are placed at out sealed furnace cover, convenient to o
bserve and dealed with steel wire
•The level is controlled automatically
• Two device working method is for main recycle system, when one fails the other one can work immediately
• All the situation is displayed as picture
• Main control instrument: international famous brand, system running is stable, safe and reliable
