Typical process
Phosphating process: (1) pay-off → (2) heat treatment → (3) cooling → (4) acid pickling → (5) washing → (6) hot water → (7) phosphate → (8) hot water → (9) saponification → (10) drying → (11) Take-up
Boronizing process: (1) pay-off → (2) heat treatment → (3) cooling → (4) acid pickling → (5) washing → (6) hot water → (7) boriding→ (8) drying → (9) Take-up
Specifications:
• The bath material is choosed according to technical requirements. For example, the material of cooling bath is
304 stainless steel; the material of pickling bath is PP plate.
• The steel wire cleaing way can choose immersed type or spraying type, to make sure steel wire is cleaned
clearly.
• Air wipe device is placed on outlet of bath end, wire is blowed by fan or air pump, to reduce the water carrying
out of the bath. The air wipe has several types, for example, air nozzle, air aspiration, hole blowing.
• The heating method of hot water washing, pickling, phosphating, bronizing baths can choose electricity
heating,steam heating
• Solution storage bath (lower bath) and upper bath are designed, the solution is pumped up to upper bath from
storage bath by circulating pump, clean the steel wire with overflowing type
• The baths if need heating are insulated with anti-fire fiber material, meanwhile on top of bath there is heat
insulation cover, to reduce the heat loss. Temperature control is displayed digitally, controlled automatically
• The residual liquid can be wiped by granite wiping and air blowing, to reduce the solution carrying out of the
bath
