Brief introduction for powder coating
It is a thermosetting type of powder coating made of polyester resin,colors,fillers and agents. It has excellent mechanical property and terrific leveling property and applies to any indoor metal equipment such as home appliance,office furniture,lighting apparatus equipment,sports equipment etc.

Specific gravity 1.21.8g/cm³,(different according to formulas and colors)
Partical size distribution: 100% less than 100 mmm(adjust according to different uses)
Curing conditions:
normally curing: At 180 for 15 minutes(temperature of workpieces)
at 200 for 10 minutes (temperature of workpieces)

package,storage and transport
| Packed in paper box with polyvinyl inside bag, Net.W 15kg or 20kg per box,the products should be stored in rooms well-ventilated,cool,dry and clean with a temperature below 30.They should not be put in the sun or in the open air .Organic solvent,oil,water and other things should be avoided mixing Stored in the above conditions,all the products can keep efficient for one year;The products beyond the storage time can be rechecked ,if still effective ,they still can be used. |
sanitation and protection
| Although the powder coating is non-toxic, protection still should be paid attention to to keep the powder from entering eyes or being absorbed. Opeators should wear antisepic gauze and preventive clothing to prevent the skin from contacting the coating over a long period of time. |
