Precautions:
1)Befor tiling ,please check the products purchased.In case of any doubt in quality,please do not install but contact your dealer as soon as possible.
2)Before opening the product cartons,please carefully identify the product names,grade,specs,working dimensions and color codes of the products,and use the products that are the same in these items in the same position.
3)Please do not grind the surface with coarse and sharp materials.
4)Do not contact highly corrosive liquids.
5)While tiling,try your best to reduce product pollution.
6)for washing during construction and in daily life,please use soft cloth and clean water diluted with 5%-7%hydrochloric acid.
Tilling Method:
1.Treatment of wall primary layer:use 10%sodium hydroxide liquid to fully wash all the oil stains of the walls.Then use clean water to wash them and let them dry,and wet them with water one day before construction.If the primary layer is new wall,you should srrange the tiles,make lines and tile when the cement mortar is 70% dry.
2.Cement mortar:ony cement mortar is OK for general bearing walls;for special tiles,be sure to use special adhesive to increase adhesive force.
3.Tilling sequence:Generally,ceramic wall tiles should be paved from up to down,from corner to wall,with usually 5-15mm joints.
4.Fore joints:Gaps should always be left when paving exterior wall tiles.
1)Since all ceramic tiles have certain deviation in length,squareness and straightness,etc.,ceramic tiles without any deviation do not exist.
2)Certain deviation may also occur during consruction.
3)Expansion and contration exist in all objects,including ceramic tiles.If the gaps are too small,the capability of ceramic tile coping with the environment will worsen.Temperature change can result in fall-off ceramic tiles and influence normal servic life of ceramic tiles.
5.Jointing and use of filler:
1)Fill should be of the color close to tile color,except for special effects.
2)Jointing time selection:Generally,jointing time is 2-3 days after tiling,i.e.,after drying of ceramic tiles and evaporation of water content.Do not construct in rainy days.Jointing too early may influence the tiles and result in unevenness,looseness or color difference.
3)Jointing is divided in wet-type and dry-type.Generally, wet-type jointing can be used for smooth tile surface;dry jointing must be used for coarse tile surface;prepare filler using proper propertion(dry ype:water:filler=1:6),then use special jointin tools for jointing to press the filler materials fully into the gaps,with the jointing depth confirmed by designer.
4)Wash it once 2 hours after jointing,use wetted and aqueezed-dry sponge or brush to clear away the filler on products;
5)After curing of filler (depending on weather,about 12 hours),use clean water to wash tile surface once again.
6.Corner treatment:At cross corner,the facade tile should be on top of the side tile,or purchase corner tiles,or ask the worker to create 45°tilting edge.
